Just from enjoying the fresh and spicy scent of the sample bottle Dolma kindly sent over to me, I can’t see any reason why all fragrances aren’t made like this. It smells incredible! There’s no reason why a company needs to include animal-derived ingredients when things can be synthetically-produced. 

 

What does it smell like?

The Kwame fragrance I received is an invigorating aroma reminiscent of mint, pine and nutmeg. As an outdoorsy kinda person, this is what I imagine I smell like when I come back home from a bracing hike. The reality is that I probably smell more like mud and the country pub I inevitably drop by on the way round, so a quick spritz of this fresh scent instead will be very welcome.

When it comes to men’s fragrances, I often find that they’re overpowered by musky undertones, and can feel a little heavy or overly spiced. Luckily this isn’t the case with Kwame. Proving that a fragrance can be fresh and light whilst still undeniably masculine, the scent of Kwame almost acts as a ‘pick-me-up’ of sorts, livening me up for the day ahead.
