Cashback sites are amazing for building up a nice sum of money without doing anything much at all. The problem is, that there are so many businesses offering these services, that it can be difficult to find the best cashback app for you. Luckily, this JamDoughnut app review might just make that decision easier for you.
I’ve tested many cashback apps and sites over the years, and found that unfortunately, some aren’t quite as good as others. When I downloaded the JamDoughnut app then, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Spoiler alert – it’s easily the best cashback app around by some distance!
Before you go dashing off to download it though, take a look at why it suits me in particular, and then decide if it sounds like you’d get as much out of it as I do. If you have similar shopping patterns to me, then you can earn yourself a relatively decent amount of money quite quickly.

JamDoughnut App Review
Different cashback apps will suit different people, but I genuinely think that JamDoughnut takes care of so many of the most important areas, that it’s probably the best cashback app for many of us. Take a look at the features I’ve found below to see if it ticks your personal boxes.
JamDoughnut brands
The most important aspect for any cashback app is the quality and quntity of the brands available on it. JamDoughnut not only has offers for a ton of different brands across different industries, but crucially, they tend to be stores that you probably use already.
All too often I come across cashback sites that offer great rates, but then find that those rates are for stores I’d never use like Tony’s Lawnmowers on the other side of the country or similar. I find that these types of cashback apps have the opposite effect of saving/earning money, as I’m actively looking for something to spend money on, just to qualify for the cashback! Remember – if it’s not something you were going to buy anyway, you’re not saving money!
That’s where JamDoughnut comes into its own. They offer deals from over 150 household names across supermarkets, restaurants, fashion retailers, and more. Almost every major UK supermarket is present here: Tesco, Sainsburys, ASDA, Aldi, Morrisons, M&S, Waitrose, Farmfoods, and Iceland to name just a few. If you use any of those stores regularly, then using JamDoughnut already makes a lot of sense for you.

Is JamDoughnut safe?
Absolutely. JamDoughnut has already amassed a devoted following of tens of thousands of thrifty users each month. It’s the highest-rated cashback app on TrustPilot, and pays out thousands of pounds to shoppers every single day. If you’re still looking for another JamDoughnut app review after reading this, a quick look at the sheer number of positive reviews on TrustPilot should give you all the confidence you need to try it out.
Everything just works as it should, and cashback points are earned immediately, so there’s no guessing if a purchase has been picked up by the app, unlike some other services. When you do decide to cash out, it’s paid to you on the same working day too. You can see the results of shopping through JamDoughnut straightaway.
Easy and intuitive app to use
No more scrolling through countless offers that are useless to you; the JamDoughnut app allows you to easily search for whatever store you need from the very first screen. Even the most technophobic gadget avoider can use this app without any problems. I even think my mum would be able to navigate it, and that’s saying something!
The points system is easy to get your head around too. 100 points = £1. Simple.
This sounds like an easy thing for cashback services to implement, but I couldn’t tell you the amount of times that I’ve used other apps and found odd things like 19,543,098 points = one dollar, before having to figure out an exchange rate to pounds!

Use online or instore
Some cashback sites have no app to offer, and some have apps that are an afterthought of the website. JamDoughnut is the best cashback app for me because it was designed to be exactly that – an app.
This means that you can use it easily for in-store purchases. Down the high street and fancy an impromptu latte? Use your JamDoughnut app in Costa. Out in the car, and find one of your headlights is out? Pop in to Halfords and get the same cashback you’d receive online.
Pumped-up offers
Every so often, JamDoughnut will increase cashback rates from certain stores. Again, these aren’t obscure brands either. For example, at the time of writing this JamDoughnut app review, Tesco is one of the pumped-up deals, alongside Primark, who is offering a healthy looking 8% cashback.

Different methods of payment
Everybody likes to pay for things differently, and the JamDoughnut app allows for this. In fact, you may be able to score some even better payment rates with certain methods. If you pay by bank transfer, for instance, you can enjoy the best rates available.
JamDoughnut Referral Code
JamDoughnut operates a refer-a-friend scheme that can see you earn points when somebody else spends! What’s more, any new app user will receive 200 points (£2) after their first spend regardless of price.
Of course, it won’t surprise you to find me offering up my referral code here – HWC7
If you’ve found this rundown of the app useful, then I’d really appreciate it if you used this referral code. Tiny gestures such as this make a huge difference to independent sites like this, and don’t forget, you’ll also get £2 in your kitty for your first spend!
Any downsides?
Not really. As you can see from me shamelessly hawking my referral code (HWC7 if you missed it), this is a service I now use myself as it suits me perfectly. I use Tesco for my groceries, a Morrisons petrol station, and sites like Just Eat all pretty frequently. If you don’t really do any shopping, and buy all of your groceries at a local farm shop then, perhaps you won’t get as much out of it as others, but even then you’ll likely still need Uber or B&Q offers occasionally that you’ll find on the app.
JamDoughnut app review verdict
From ease of use of the app, to the sheer number of actually useful brands offering deals, I think JamDoughnut probably is the best cashback app right now. It pays out on the same working day, and you can use it in-store too. Factor in that refer-a-friend initiative too (my referral code is HWC7 if you’ve forgotten already! Haha), and the fact that you make £2 just from your first spend, and it soon becomes an almost essential part of your shopping experience.
I did my research before using it, and struggled to find a JamDoughnut app review with anything negative to say. Those swathes of glowing recommendations on TrustPilot speak for themselves, so stop browsing, and start saving! Check it out on the App Store for iPhones, or the Google Play Store for Android phones.
